Legal Disclaimer & Action Required

[PLACEHOLDER — HAVE THIS TERMS OF SERVICE REVIEWED BY LEGAL COUNSEL BEFORE LAUNCH]. The document below represents a trade relationship framework for B2B transactions. It must be updated, verified, and approved by certified legal counsel before deploying to production.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, applying for access, or purchasing artwork on AirtCraft (www.airtcraft.in), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between AirtCraft and your business entity or practice.

2. B2B Account Registration & Qualification

AirtCraft is a vetted B2B marketplace. Accounts are classified into three types:

  • Corporate Clients: Entitled to request corporate spatial consulting, custom unboxing packages, and GST-compliant invoicing.
  • Interior Designers & Architects: Granted trade pricing tiers, customization tools, and moodboard management options.
  • Artists: Vetted graduates of fine art academies who license and sell original work through the platform.

AirtCraft reserves the right to reject or terminate account access if professional or academic credentials cannot be verified.

3. Procurement & Minimum Order Value (MOQ)

To maintain the premium curation and logistics operations, a minimum project order value of ₹2,00,000 / $2,500 applies to custom corporate spatial placements, corporate gifting setups, and design commissions.

4. Artist Commission and Payout Structure

AirtCraft acts as an agent representing fine art academy graduates. For every artwork sold through the platform:

  • The Artist receives an industry-leading 85% commission split of the artwork list price.
  • AirtCraft retains a 15% platform split to cover operations, payment gateway fees, curation costs, and digital dashboard utilities.
  • No fees are charged to the artist for listing or catalog hosting.

5. Invoicing, Taxes, and Payments

All purchases are billed using tax-compliant invoices. Corporate buyers must supply a valid GSTIN (for India transactions) during checkout or registration to claim Input Tax Credit. International orders will be formatted according to export customs compliance standards. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways, and shipments are initiated only upon confirmation of full payment.

6. Shipping, Custom Crate Logistics, and Risk of Loss

We serve both India and international clients. Artworks are shipped in custom wooden crates to prevent transit damage. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery of the shipment by our logistics partner. Transit insurance is included on all shipments. The buyer must inspect the crate immediately upon arrival and document any issues via unboxing video if seeking insurance claims.

7. Termination and Governing Law

AirtCraft reserves the right to revoke account access at any time for policy violations. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
